Oh for sure. I bet MOST people in ICE are just fucking violent dipshits on a power trip.

I really cannot comprehend the lack of moral courage of anyone currently serving in ICE, Border Patrol or guards in the private prison system.

This has probably been the single scariest thing I've seen happen in the US in recent history. Everyone, regardless of legal status has a right to free speech. The fact these fascists have the sympathetic ear of a fascist POTUS with no regard for the Constitution is alarming.

It's the FIRST STEP in a power grab. It was done simply because it was an abstract part of American bureaucracy. Too many Americans have been uninformed or disinformed about they USAID does to truly care. It will set a precedent for a larger, more direct power grab.

Granada also had the misfortune of being destroyed by a vindictive William Walker, an American slaver who took over Nicaragua. This church was largely destroyed, but instead of being fully repaired, the church chose to keep its beaten façade as a reminder of that event.

"Vaho," the dish being served in the first pic is AMAZING. Marinated beef, slow-cooked with yucca, plantains, green onions, and an assortment of spices; served with a cabbage salad on top was DIVINE. 🙏🏻
