@bikeportland.org apropos of your post about TriMet trainees blocking the bike lane, I had the same experience at 7am today S bound on SE 17th in front of TriMet headquarters with a maintenance vehicle parked in the buffered bike lane while folks did work on the sidewalk. Sigh.
