Everyone admits this project is about trying to use transportation policy to fix housing policy failures -- that the exclusionary housing policies in Napa and Sonoma Counties has priced the workforce out and into grueling car commutes. Highway lanes can't fix that. Especially if they're underwater.

Sir, it’s preferable to use “fewer” with countable quantities like baseball players. And “less” with non-countable ones like blood, sweat and grit.

Snow in California cities is so beautiful. We made it go away with asphalt/urban heat island, and then climate change.
