Had a video call with a speech therapist. Turns out the breathing issue I get sometimes can be reversed! Also, none of the articles online accurately describe the breathing techniques used to reverse it.

Related to last post. ENT thinks it's a nervous system reaction that makes my throat close. Advice was to keep doing the breathing exercises that don't really help or take gabapentin anytime I plan to be in public.

The first time I heard about these Sound Burgers, I couldn't believe they'd been a real thing. Revived a few years back, these Audio-Technica portable record players were originally released in 1983. It used 3 big ol' thicc C Batteries to give 12 hours of playback.
