As much as I was hoping to never hear from PP again, Carney did run as "the adult in the room".
Not allowing the conservatives to have their little tantrum and just give them their by election in a dismissive way might help take some wind out of PP's sails.

I was so scared and ashamed as a teen about being trans.
It was so uplifting seeing the world becoming a more understanding and hopeful place. So many getting the chance that I was too afraid to take.
It's heartbreaking knowing that so many kids are now going to be even worse off than I was then.

A fair percentage of trans women pass well enough that it's likely no one would notice. Hormones alone do a lot to a trans woman's body.
It's not like they are in there hoping to get a peep at a woman changing or to expose themselves at anyone.

This ruling only serves to perpetuate bigotry and prejudice towards trans people. Our rights do not come at the cost of yours, nor does our safety.
Trans women are allies to cis women because we are all women, and we should all be fighting for the same rights and respect. Division only hurts us.

All gendered bathrooms exist too. Like a big room with sinks in the middle, private fully enclosed stalls with toilets and a secluded area for urinals. People go in and do their business and no one cares.
