Funny times we’re in when last night I’m at a place trying to be a high end pub with an abysmal beer menu and today I find Deschutes and Duvel glassware at a bodega a couple blocks away.

There are other reasons these businesses aren’t thriving. I’m not sold that proximity to NYC breweries is a significant factor. The overwhelming majority of NYC breweries are in Brooklyn. Not necessarily right next door to Westchester. www.lohud.com/story/life/f...
