I think Potter will come good too. Well here's hoping the Hammers have a strong finish to the season, just not too strong, because God it would be nice for us poor blues not to have to worry about relegation for once. If we could finish around 13th or 14th, I'd take that. 🤞

I know Potter has had a bad start but given the choice 6 games ago between him & Moyes, I'd have picked Potter in a heartbeat. He's young, plays more attractive football & has a point to prove. Are there any signs of improvement under him yet? Has he just been unlucky so far?

Yeah that's fair enough. Did he have the financial backing of the owners to bring down the average age? Obviously I don't follow west ham so closely so to me it just looks like he took over a relegation threatened team, get them into Europe, won the cup, had a bad start to a campaign and was sacked.

I love this guy so much, almost too much, making my fiance uncomfortable much.

Before you point your blood soaked fingers at anyone else. Sort your own shit out.

You're missing competent journalists to hold these charlatans accountable. American journalists are the worst I've ever seen. This is madness.

Is this because Keir Starmer is a weak and ineffective leader or is there more to it? The party seems directionless.

Jesus you've been through it haven't you! What a stressful and scary ordeal. I often think I don't know how people cope, but you don't get a choice do you. Lets hope you're over the worst now and can recover nicely and remain cancer free. The importance of early diagnosis can't be overstated.

It's a scary time. The left are all over the place, the centre are too apathetic and it feels like the far-right around the world have all the momentum. I don't know the answer, but we need to get our shit together on the left and quickly.

How are you now? I do hope you're well.

AI is *already* fantastic in its current state. It outperforms physicians in important areas, and it has phenomenal game-changing potential.
Case in point:

And yet you keep responding, even after saying you wouldn't trouble my tiny little mind anymore.
I think you'll find your petty little insults are doing you no favours here.

Yeah I think it's for everyone's benefit that you skedaddle.

Well yeah, that wouldn't be ideal like, lol.

That's a debate for another day, but whatever people want to call it, it's currently better than humans at detecting & diagnosing certain conditions and diseases, and it will keep improving. Imagine how good it could be 10 years from now.

Numerous studies Doug, I'm just referring to the most recent one I've seen.

Can I get any of these now in the UK, do you know?

I'm simply letting you know that you're bringing nothing new to the table. We know AI can make mistakes - it's been covered already.
comment in response to
post
Let's see if we can agree on this statement.
AI has been shown to detect and diagnose certain conditions and diseases more accurately than humans. It is already a valuable diagnostic tool and the potential as it improves is exciting.
Do you agree with this?
comment in response to
post
But its already been mentioned that AI makes mistakes, but humans make them more often according to the study. So we know all that. What exactly is the point of you here? You're just saying what I covered earlier, using different words. AI makes mistakes yes. We know.
comment in response to
post
I said earlier that AI isn't perfect and makes mistakes, but it does so at a less frequent rate than humans. 90% accuracy 76% human accuracy, in the study I'm referring to. This is impressive isn't it? And it will only improve won't it? That's why people are excited.
comment in response to

I'll be honest I'm still not getting it. What is the point you are making? And how does it relate to the potential of AI to revolutionise how we detect and diagnose disease?
comment in response to
post
We are talking about the accuracy of AI versus humans in the detection and diagnosis of certain conditions. And how this could revolutionise the industry. Yes, it makes mistakes but at a significantly lesser rate than humans. So what is the point you are making that relates to this?
comment in response to
post
I'm responding to this message. Let's be honest it's not the most well worded post. It's difficult to decipher what you're saying, but I took it to mean you think AI implication would be too expensive, which isn't true.
comment in response to
post
No, as in, you are wrong. AI can perform with expert-level accuracy and deliver cost-effective care at scale.
Can I ask, why are you in a discussion about this when you clearly know so little about it?
comment in response to
post
No, AI has shown that it is already faster and more accurate than humans at diagnosis of certain conditions and cancers. That's where we are currently. The potential is the ability to revolutionise the medical world.
comment in response to
post
People will literally argue with you about anything.
Me: AI already has better accuracy than humans when it comes to diagnosis of certain cancers and conditions, and it's always improving. This is something to celebrate.
Random contrarian: "WAAH FUCK AI WAAH". I'm paraphrasing
comment in response to

This isn't a guess, it's the findings of a recent study. You can have a bee in your bonnet about AI, but you can't deny its ALREADY impressive tool for diagnosis. We are at the start of this journey, and AI will only improve. The medical world is very excited about it - as they should be.
comment in response to
post
And still at a much lesser rate than humans. AI has a 90% diagnosis accuracy, compared to human 76% accuracy in the same tests. And AI can do this at blistering speed. These are very early days and AI is only going to improve. Like I said, the potential to revolutionise the medical world.
comment in response to
post
But let's not because AI has the potential to revolutionise the medical world. It's already better and faster at diagnosing many cancers than humans. And as we know, speed is key when it comes to cancer diagnosis.

Let's stop allowing people (even well-intentioned people) to portray DEI as some sort of charitable act. It's not "a gift" with respect. DEI is a necessity to make sure the best person for the job isn't being overlooked.

This looks good on a little picture but America has already given them 1940s France and lay down to be rolled over and occupied by them. They didn't even have to fight. Joke of a country.
