Since the voice actors' strike is still ongoing, I really don't know how a positive spin can be done about continuing story content. Subtitles instead of voiced lines, maybe?

In 2022, I treated myself to another Cameo video, this time from Maury Sterling, VA for the male Smuggler. Since the #smuggler was my first - and canon - #SWTOR character, I let him know and thanked him for giving the Smuggler his voice. This was his response. Enjoy!

Of course, Lana was the game's "Chosen One" for the devs - in KOTFE, Theron doesn't appear until chapter 9, but Lana starts at chapter 2. Sadly, I don't think we're going to get any more romance content, but it is what it is.

It wasn't until "Shadow of Revan" was released that actual SGRA was available, but the damage already had been done. KOTFE and KOTET were missed opportunities, in that players who romanced Koth (and later, Arcann and Lord Scourge) got very little romance content.

The excuse was that the game was on a tight release schedule and dropped, but would make it into the game "soon." What we got was a half-hearted attempt with "Rise of the Hutt Cartel,". There was very little SGRA content: one female character if you were Republic and one male if you were Empire.

Boy howdy, what a can of worms that was! EA, BioWare or LucasFilm would not confirm or deny if same-gender romance options were in the core game. When the game went live and gaymers found out there weren't, they chose not to sub once their initial 30-day period was over.

I created Padryk as an 'equal objectification' response to players who would roll up a female character, equip her in Twi'lek dancer gear and then go to Hoth.
You would not believe the number of "Dude, put some clothes on!" private messages I got. Gotta love that double-standard!! 😆

Both my main #SWTOR characters - smuggler "Casro De'san" & Jedi Knight "Padryk" (see below) - chose Theron. I tell players in genchat that Padryk was 100% Light Side with no emotional attachments...well, not until "Shadow of Revan." Then he nailed Theron like a cheap painting. 😄

I have 2 canon OG characters for #SWTOR: a LS Scoundrel Smuggler (Sawbones) & a LS Guardian Jedi (Defense).
Given a chance, my smuggler will off her right off the bat. My Jedi will off her too but will think about it first. 😈

Sith Warrior or Republic Smuggler. LS Sith Warrior is hilarious because you pretty much annoy everyone. As for Smuggler, taking the middle (humorous/sarcastic) responses is great as well, especially when you choose every [Flirt] dialogue choice when given, either by an NPC or companion. :D
