I'm legit starting to feel like I should have recorded the appointment so I can reference innacuracies of what they say vs what I actually said. cuz what if all of this was mistakes on my part? did I mis-speak a lot because I was nervous?

I think it would be good if they did increase funding, but the cause for the long waiting times is largely down to the absolutely ridiculous system they have set up to intentionally waste as much time, and introduce as many pointless hurdles, as possible
