The end goal of the Right is detransition or death for every trans person. There is no amount of compromise that will satisfy them.
We CANNOT accept the "compromise" of being "lesser" citizens to make centrists happy. As soon as we agree to be "lesser", they will move the goalpost again.

2. Why is it important? Not because a 300 person protest is going to change anything by itself.
It's important because it normalizes protest. It helps train people for how to do it. It builds community.
And sets the stage for the really big ones we will need when the moment demands it.
