I do think we should actually be publicly demanding that our local officials pledge to support eviction freezes and mortgage pauses if and when Musk crashes banks. People need to know what's at stake, and electeds need to have that legislation on hand ready to deploy.

Don't think single people get enough credit for doing life alone.
