I lived in Ivy-cursed cities from birth to 34 (Philly, New York, Boston, Prov) & have encountered the full range of the Ivy-educated. If you (generic) hold onto a belief that Ivy-credentialed people are automatically “smart” because they got into an Ivy, stop that. It’s observably not a true thing.
