FUN FACT: Rubio's grandfather was detained as an undocumented Cuban immigrant and a judge ordered him deported in 1962. But immigration officials reversed their decision later that day & instead he was reclassified to the legal status of "parolee" & allowed to stay.

The disbelief is not that Putin would try such a move. He is after all, a former spy and master propagandist. It is that the gift would be received and praised as genuine and meaningful. That is beyond belief
