That is the question to ask. JD Vance and right-wing lawyers have stated that the executive (Trump) can violate court injunctions, if the action he wants to take is within his constitutional authority. So, who decides THAT question? The executive, of course...Coming soon to a country near you. 🤬

Yes! This is entirely merited. It is not surprising that this happened, given that the head of the party has no respect for classified information and sensitive information.

Thank you for your work! I hope you can hold on, to make them physically remove you if they want to fire you illegally. Stay strong!

He probably has a racist Advent calendar where he gets to open a little window everyday and see what insult to hurl out into the world. This man is starting to make me believe that Satan is a real thing. I seriously now understand where people got that concept.

At least it's accurately named. It is a working group committed to weaponization. Well done, Pam. All joking aside, this retribution campaign is reprehensible.

Ah yes, I see he is a master of the complex art of diplomacy. 🙄 I think the sole criteria for candidates at this point is White Man, preferably who resents anyone who is not a White Man. Bonus points if you enjoy retaliation.

This was outstanding!! You saved my sanity and gave me the clarity I needed in order to take effective action and have the right expectations of my lawmakers. You also confirmed that I was plugged into great organizers, through Indivisible and MoveOn. I was on their action call last night. Primo!

Canadian here: Trump's public justification for tariffs on Can. is ludicrous. He REALLY wants to destroy our economy/sovereignty to gain access to our water, waterways, nat. resources & Arctic. As with Greenland, we have rare Earth minerals the US doesn't have, but needs, especially Musk.

Can he even fucking do that? I don't think that power is in the Executive branch, is it? Of course, that doesn't stop him.

How about we ship THEM somewhere instead? Middle of the ocean, maybe?

It is absolute bullshit. It was a direct result of the freeze, because it was rolled out so precariously. Trump's administration is breaking so many laws and splitting the Constitution wide open!!

Because he is out to destroy the free press. His plan is to bury them all in frivolous lawsuits that they can't afford to fight. He has hundreds of millions of dollars at his disposal to do it with, too. Between his grift off the presidency and his billionaire boy-pals and tech bros, he's loaded.

Omg, what a horrible, deeply disturbed man. This looks like the charismatic sociopath administration.

I agree, but dems are leaderless right now. Do we even have a new DNC chair yet? It's very hard to know what to fight when there are so many things the Trump administration is changing at once. And these are all damaging changes, not performative (PR).
