Update from banking trip with my dad. Jeez the high street banks are soooo date and old fashioned. Smiley customer service when you finally get seen but the queuing!! It’s like the internet never happened.

Tomorrow I take my 93 year old dad to the bank to do some financial admin. Thoughts ‘n’ prayers please as I try and talk loud enough for him to hear while not sounding irritated.
