Interestingly, the British Times found the time to write an entire article about it, the time to investigate whether the patient had had bottom surgery, the time to interview anti-feminist activists about it, but did NOT find the time to write in that she was there for a breast cancer screening.

Let's be clear that what is at stake here is not validation but trans, queer, intersex and asexual citizenship. Particularly Trans citizenship. Literally in the case of many trans people having passports withdrawn completely.
