It would be ironic, though, if that free kick ended up making the difference in a Chargers comeback win.

A few points: -This is not how the thread started. -I fear there's a chance you're right. -"You don't seem to get": if that's how you talk to someone who's on the same side of the spectrum .. I'll let you finish the sentence. You've made my point repeatedly. Belated happy Thanksgiving. Over & out.

First, this is not about Kamala but about the Dems' strategy & communication and ability/willingness to self-reflect. I wrote some suggestions earlier in the thread. And I'm sure there are many more. I simply don't find it helpful to criticize voters' decisions. That won't win you future elections.

I don't disagree. But I think turning a blind eye to one's own mistakes is never a good plan for life. That's all. Bears Head Coach Eberfluss might want to do the same, btw 🙃

I agree with making voting A LOT easier (weekend voting, easier registration & access, early voting def yes!). Mandatory: I'll pass. In the end, I guess we won't see eye to eye on what I believe to be the one movable piece: Dems looking in the mirror and learning from mistakes; no blame-shifting.

Non-voters are usually disconnected from the political process. Can u blame them? They feel betrayed by both parties. Gap rich/poor growing for decades. (Also: 2 parties? A stable democracy would give u more choices.) Sticking w/ the important point: task for Dems to convince non-voters to engage.

Seems I can't get the point across. I don't disagree with the obvious decision but how will Dems learn if they don't figure out why they failed on many levels? (Senate, House ...) The electorate, unfortunately, is what it is, with views you and I probably harshly disagree with. The consequence .. ?

We'll have to agree to respectfully disagree. Our political convictions are likely similar, but blaming the voter will never work out. I'm just as flabbergasted by the majority for a racist pathological liar and narcissist. But again: if you want to learn and improve, it's prudent to self-reflect.

Crucial for Dem leadership to self-reflect their many mistakes. Don't blame the voter - blame yourself not reaching and convincing the voter, for the wrong messages, poor communication, the lack or primaries etc.
