That didn't cross my mind. Defo an excellent disciplined performance from him

I honestly didn't see him try to do that once, but happy to watch the game again tomorrow when not so involved and look afresh

Exactly. We ate on the one road. And we will travel that road together

Why does he wait until the 93rd minute to take a pass in let it run through his body and move forward? He doesn't need a number 6 to do that and move the ball on to another number 7

Thought he was good tonight. Tried to get the team to push up more in 1st half. Did nothing wrong in 2nd 7/10 for me. Compare that ti Hatate who for me was a generous 5

He played more the way he did prior to us breaking up play in the 1st half then pushed forward more in the 2nd. A great all round performance for me

Thinking about it BM put at least 3 back post corners in before this corner and AJ was at the end of them all

That's the thing for me BR preaches no or minimal risk football. That's OK in Scotland but in Europe we need a bit more. Not an Ange approach but maybe a hybrid

EUFA have issued instructions to referees to limit cards once the brown envelope has been successfully delivered from bookmakers. How else can you explain Madrid conceding a penalty for a foul In the box where the player wasn't yellow carded?

Johnstone a great call and Yang did shake things up. TBF pass marks for most

I would agree with Hatate, after 60 he put a great ball in and should have won us a penalty

Agreed and I also agree with the Hatate statement. Took him to the 93rd minute before he let the ball run across his body and move forward, so frustrating

Wasn't bad I agree, but Daizan would have been better with Jota on the wing

I disagree Willie thought he won't at least 3 good challenges in the 1st

Defo. I love big Idah for what he did last year but we have a better alternative that also allows Jota to play in Maeda

BR tends not to stick with a player when he doesn't see anything in him and he has stuck by Yang. Biggest problem is he wants to attack and his teammates seem to be in safety mode.

I said that, he also turned to a Bayern player looking very apologetic.

When we sold Kyogo and were desperate to sign someone else i said it was looking forward to Daizan through the middle and nothing I watched tonight has changed my mind

Yang I feel is so unlucky was coming into form and got that nonsense red against the diets. Now just getting back to it. Much more effective than Kuhn for me tonight
comment in response to

We need to start with Jota and Maeda through the middle for me

Have a look at the highlights absolutely never a penalty

Will he risk starting Jota with Daizen up front?

But he is now 22 instead of 18. Has consistently scored goals in there league and is a first start for them. I just think we bring it on ourselves to look amateurish by constantly returning. π

That's a point i haven't considered tbh, must admit it certainly looked that way

I just wonder why we went there again Chris. I think this guy has been quoted for us for the last 4 years. If they weren't gonna sell him for the money we wanted to.pay 4 years ago, why do we thing the 7th or 8th time is gonna be different? Put up.or walk away for good π
