Nilay was a qualified soccer coach who helped train kids of different ages and abilities with Knocknacarra FC. She helped with our u6/7 girls every Saturday morning with great enthusiasm, warmth, and encouragement. We were shocked to hear about her death. The story below is heartbreaking.

No. The Refugee Convention explicitly states that recipient states must facilitate the naturalisation of refugees and bans penalising refugees for their method of flight. But there's no court that enforces the Refugee Convention. "Never Again" was supposed to do that.
