I'm sure there's a lot of work behind the scenes to craft these standup shows on a weekly basis, based on current events.

Could the court ask for the government to pay his family a sum of money for every day he's not back?
I feel like fining is something the courts do regularly, and that doesn't affect the foreign policy.
Of course, I'm spitballing, but it's one avenue that I can think that could potentially work.
