Have I got the wrong paper? www.nature.com/articles/s41...
It's still up at Nature-Scientific Reports and there's no indication of a retraction. Just the Feb-2023 note of concern.

This is why I have 50% of my TSP accounts new money in the I-Found (international funds). The other 50% is in the C-Fund to buy those cheaper S&P 500 stocks and all my old money is safely nestled in the G-Fund. Now I'm just eating popcorn

When our trimble went kaput around Covid, we switched to the Juniper Geode. We now have 2 and they are so much cheaper and simpler to use than the Trimble, which is expensive with a convoluted check-in/out and correction system. The geode has built-in RTK and gets sub-meter out of the box.

Lucky you identified it before some pseudoarchaeologist anomaly hunter did! "what are the hiding from us? I found evidence of a [insert last time sea level was that low] year old civilization!" :-)

Some of these are very meta as well, showing a carved miniature figurine being worn around the neck of a figurine! Love these!

Oh, and we were almost certainly both annoyed by the same thing at least once 😎

I wish I had the time to statistically survey the literature of sites in the region and list the species cross tabbed with other variables. I'm curious just how prevelant things like snakes and scorpions really are.

I like the point you made about the lack of some commonly depicted animals never getting attention from the likes of Collins and Sweatman as they're not sensational enough or not in their astronomy software.

I'd say "spammy and scammy" is pretty specific. LOL.

On at least one of his posts over there about you, someone dropped a Community Note. Just saying in case there are any who can vote it up. I already did.

How long was Clovis First even an hypothesis? 30 years? 40 years? My bet is it was first suggested around 1960, just after radiocarbon. And only really among American archaeologists. At this point, hasn't it been dead longer than it was alive?

Ordinarily, being ignorant isn't necessarily a bad thing. But this particular proponent of pseudoarchaeology pretends he's a debunker of debunkers and wants students to harass arch professors.

The lead arm is positioned between the condenser and the still and these parts are typically made of copper. And this is where the alcohol starts to condense.
