Had to repost. Dutch Typo 🫣 Been too long! Back to Isaac and Skye today. This #WIPSnips comes from one of my favourite scenes in the book. On a trade post, they encounter a couple from Terra, Isaac's destroyed home world. They're great side characters (and a nod to my Dutch background)

Creative synergy in my house tonight. I'm trying to squeeze in some editing before making dinner, and my husband's recording a new piano piece he wrote yesterday. It's a PERFECT match for the vibes in my chapter. Ethereal piano tones creeping through my floorboards. I feel like I'm in a dream.

This morning, I drove past the hospice where my mum died, and I went through the wildest emotional rollercoaster. Such incredible sadness, even though it's been over a year now, but then I was flooded with the craziest feeling that something amazing is going to happen today. 🤞
