This game looks so fun! Brings back feelings of Kirby 64 with the art style and unique abilities. Can't wait to play. ^_^

Loved "The Manhole" growing up. Beautiful how the idea of bringing a storybook to life jumpstarted Cyan. Wow had no idea it had 650 cards! Would love for there to be an artistic educational game renaissance for all ages.

It’s a universal theme, which many other works have explored, but I hope to find ways of doing so in a refreshing way that expresses the strengths of an artistic game medium.

The tree’s revitalization could also be emblematic of the central character’s (and by extension the player’s) personal growth and self-actualization. And serve as setting for the final moments of the story.

Each leaf color could represent distinct areas and cultures. There could even be symbolic additions, such as a birds nest appearing after helping a bird character.

Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is the best I've seen at capturing the spirit of a storybook aesthetic to games. It's so beautifully active and dynamic!
