Step two is undoing a decade of neglect to my soul. I became bitter, angry at life, and reclusive. I rarely go out with friends any more. I need to start pushing out of my comfort zone to take back the sense of fun and adventure I had in my 20s. It's time I start living again. :)

Step one is undoing a decade of neglect to my body and mind. I'm already down 23lbs w/ diet/exercise. I quit sugar. I even quit vaping. That's right; 2 addictions cut at once. Was it fucking hard? Yes, but I'm beyond determined to reach my peak physical self by 40! (2/3)
