Thought of this too. Is there a place in some of these podcast networks where they have dem/gop committee leaders have podcast discussions (vs traditional debate which is obscenely dated) and lay out actual policy arguments? Could that exist? Is it fantasy that one actually defend and define policy?

Real question… is there potential upside to these purges? Ie, is there any way some of these health/doctor/nurse associations actually pull together for good and provide separate options?

Real question: anyone know of any ft employment opportunities with any of these orgs? NE Illinois or remote? Or of a good place to find opportunities?

Valid. And not disagreeing however comp structures are in the control of the org. It’s just that the framework is so often ingrained in the role/industry, any “change” would be viewed as too disruptive and “risk” stops any progression in modernization. *not all industries/orgs but in general.

It should also be the responsibility of the org leaders to be transparent about pay grades. I love people that do great work and no “ambition” to “promote”. They are core to their depts and keys to long term success. find ways to keep them outside of merit increases with “skin in the game” bonus opp

Yes but have since given way to the “it’s the thought that counts”. if I gift something and the recipient is only concerned about value… they next get a needle point “GFY” to hang in the kitchen
