#EconSky Aren’t we just following the playbook Stephen Miran laid out in November? Squeeze everyone with tariffs to gain leverage, assume currency prices will offset, next, use leverage to remove USD as reserve currency so it can be devalued and make US manuf. relatively cheaper globally?

I read the economic paper by Stephen Miran that Lyn Alden referenced on @profgalloway.com Prof G Markets and it was actually (somewhat) reassuring and enlightening. I think it does a good job of illuminating where this strange dark tunnel is headed.
