You're close here Mark but just missing it. When you think of American government, don't just think federal. It's 2D chess vs. 3D chess. Counter Trump/MAGA with many powerful pieces of legislation on the state and local level - that will create too many playing fields for Trump to defend. #LongGame

As a practical matter, equal protection under the law doesn't mean that everyone has to be treated equally. It means that people cannot be discriminated against based on certain traits, like race or gender. Common mistake, but one a learned person like you should not be making, lawyer or not. ☮️

Mark: Wondering if is it hard for a hotel to get and keep a 5 star rating when it is constantly under terrorist threat from a displaced, native population? How good do the spa services have to be to overcome that problem? Trump's a self-proclaimed genius, so I'm sure he's thought about all of this.
