For what it's worth, in my store we sell more Percy Jackson books from a single shelf than we do Harry Potter books from an entire bay. It's past due to flip that space allocation.

I haven't read up on today's UK supreme court ruling, but as I am privy to the biological sex of *very* few people, I'll treat everyone as a woman who presents to me as a woman, unless they ask me otherwise. "Man" and "Woman" are primarily social categories that affect how I interact with people.

Just got a new phone, and it took a few days for the bumper case I ordered to arrive. In the meantime, bringing the naked phone out of my pocket, on the paved streets & marbled floors of the city, engendered a sense of caution I normally associate with standing on the edge of a sheer precipice. 😬

My phone went kaput so I have had to buy a new one, and must reluctantly say goodbye to having a 3.5mm headphone jack. 😒 Which is actually more annoying than having to unexpectedly lay out 250 smackeroos.
