The internet is so shit, now. Everything is ruined with AI garbage and "recommended" results and other crap you didn't want nor ask for.

Movie you've watched more than six times with a gif. "Hard mode" = no Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings or Marvel. "Hard Mode". lol I don't think I've seen any of the above more than maybe 3 times. Marvel movies no more than once, MAYBE twice if I caught them on TV sometime. Anyway....

While most of the minigames are better, they fucked the mini golf by turning it into big, normal golf! We just wanted new, wacky mini-golf courses! My friends and I were soooo disappointed. We still play the SMB1 Mini-golf to this day, whenever we meet up.

Since F1 is out..... Mount Rushmore of sports movies......GO!

Really miss arcadey sports games in general. Fifa Street kinda made a comeback with Volta football in the Fifa/FC games. I mostly just want a new NHL Hitz game. I have zero interest in Ice Hockey but these games were a hoot in multiplayer.

Terry Shannon. Of course. Everyone around here keeps voting for the cunt, as well.

I only remember 1 jump scare and it's not even a zombie. lol There's loads of gore, but it's not really a jump-scare type of film.

The future Luas will help for sure, but LORD, think of how bad the traffic is gonna be trying to get to and from the South Ring. It's already bad enough.

The cutscene can THANKFULLY, all be skipped. And as someone that has finished the game and sat through every one of them, I thoroughly recommend doing so. lol The game didn't really 'click' with me until about 8 or 9 missions in, which is a shame, it takes so long to get going.

About damn time! These should be easy wins, with little to hold them up. Hopefully.

"Biggest song in the world" *Hearing it for the first time* I'm so glad I'm somehow managing to live my life in a way that lets me avoid most of these people in the video.

Don't forget the very first result when you search is some sponsored garbage that has nothing to do with what you searched for. Fucking hate what's become of all search engines.

Yes, Stu, the answer is yes.

Will there be a Retronauts episode on Wind Waker?

Game needs a music track selector SO BAD for the open world. And also for Nintendo to release the damn soundtrack.
comment in response to post
My lasting memory of this game is of being confused by the level design and creeped out by the music. So glad they made Quake 2 (N64) a whole separate game, instead of just a watered-down port of the PC original like this.

It's incredible how they've managed to fuck up this franchise consistently for 28 years now. Just have it be an on-rails shooter, with modern graphics and mechanics. No on-foot nonsense, no gimmicks, no re-telling the same story AGAIN, just a quality shooter. Simple shit. Same with F-Zero.

Fav promo shoot is still the Pulp Fiction one where nobody remembered to bring Sam Jackson's jeri curl wig.

Whatever happened to curvy consoles? Even Nintendo fucked it by making their next one after the N64 a literal box. Why's everything gotta be an angular & boring? At least the PS5 has some weird shapes to it, I guess, big, ugly hulking thing that it is.

You can't be just holding up someone in a Kia Sorento for a whole 30 seconds of their day. They have important places to be, like.

Goddamn!

One of the top 3 matches I've ever see. Just wow.

Playing without a Gamecube controller also denies you the finesse of the GC's shoulder triggers to use the air brakes. I imagine the game would be next to impossible (more so than it already is!) on higher difficulties without those slight adjustments you get with analogue triggers.

One guy was complaining that they'd be able to see in his front window from the trams. Another saying she wouldn't be able to talk to her neighbours with the noise. 1 woman very upset about where trademens would park their van when they call. All this kinda nonsense.

My wife was at this on Wednesday (I couldn't make it) and some of the stuff she heard was beyond ridiculous. She was live-texting me as it happened. A lot of people in their 60's and 70's worried about parking spaces and gardens and other shite. Some legit worries but mostly NIMBY whinging.

Not that I'm not excited, but I've played 95% of these launch titles already and have no interest in paying for them again. I'm as excited for Mario Kart as the next person, but a little variety wouldn't be a bad thing. I'm also gonna get Fast Fusion, another racer lol Wish DK was a launch title.

All to save 2mins from doing the loop and coming back the correct way.

Monkey Ball? It was probably Monkey Ball. I threw a GC controller at the wall once and broke it. It was Monkey Ball.

Was at the new Co-Op Arena in Manchester last summer, up in the nosebleeds and boy.... I almost got vertigo. I also almost needed binoculars to see the stage. Some arenas are just too damn big!

Being polite to the host. ;) I'm hardly one to talk, my friends and I still call Rare's first N64 game "Blast Corpse", as in, a dead body.

Now give us that long-overdue Goldeneye episode!

Thoroughly enjoyed this episode as someone you played this non-stop for about 2 years. Also loved @feitclub.bsky.social repeated mispronunciation of David Doak's surname lol (why did nobody stop 'em?!) Unless I've been saying it wrong this whole time and it actually IS "Doh-ack". lol

Much as I like Burnout 3, I kinda miss the simplicity of Burnout 1 & 2, where the whole idea was to NOT crash. One of the reasons I absolutely hate Burnout Revenge. They really went all in on your car just being an unstoppable bashing machine. Like playing Mario Kart with a permanent power star.

Defo agree with you on the Mech battles. I couldn't believe that's all there was to it and it never got any more complex or interesting. The same 'dodge, dodge, punch, FINISHER' from start to end. Dragon combat was the same. Utterly dull. These segments feel like something out of a different series

It took ages to click for me, but I ended up really liking it. For me, the accessibility options were a game changer. I played on Hard (or whatever the Doom equivalent is) but found the enemies too spongy, so I turned that down and had a blast. Still died often, but not so much that it frustrated.

Yep, it's fairly shit.

Looks like a 'make your own sushi' type of dish. Would love to go a place like that just to see how much I'd fuck it up. lol

He's infuriating to listen to. How do people look up to this clown. He gets into semantics about EVERYTHING, even basic shit. Kid: I have a question for you about.... JP: What do you mean by "question"?

It's terrific. Never lets up. Gets even better when Shawn Hatosy returns. Honestly, would watch a season 2 of the nightshift where he's the lead.

Correction on whoever said the Mario series never leaned into Italian stereotypes of Pizza and Pasta etc (I listened to it a week ago, can't remember who said it, it was Probably Stu). Mario DOES start dreaming about Spaghetti AND Ravioli if you let him fall asleep in Mario 64. LOL
