"by 11:30" is usually "before 11:30, but being late is fine as long it's not AFTER 11:30."
"At 11:30" would be more like "between 11:30-11:45"

NAHHHHHHHH I JUST RAWDOGGED IT (in easy, but still! I'm underleveled! I will not make that mistake in NG+!)
managed with careful use of MP items, Wild Bore with protag & Eupha, HULKENBERG BEING AN AMAZING TANK,
switched out Junah & Eupha for Heismay & Basilio at the end
