Soros docked your pay. I tried to talk him out of it. 🤷

Thank you! I get it, it's tough out here for trans people and our allies, I've done it too. But I've heard a lot of good things about the work you've been doing 🥰

Any chance someone like you would be willing to reach out and ask her if she'd reconsider or at least discuss it with me? As a trans author starting out, I'd love to network with her and that explanation makes sense since I'm sure we've never interacted before. 🥰

Weird, they're blocking me and I have absolutely no idea why, and I'm a transfem author. I wonder what I did, I've never heard of them :/

This is straight up gestapo shit and it doesn't matter if they're law enforcement or not, the fact that so few people aided her is chilling. This isn't how a free nation is supposed to work. I would have resisted too.

They refused to identify themselves as law enforcement. You can hear her yell at the sheriff, who is in the room, asking if they are deputies. No answer. But they dragged her away.
If they arent officers, she got kidnapped. If they are, they should id themselves or she has the right to resist.

Does Kel-Tec really need a reason to push out unhinged, wacky products? It's like the "rule of cool" tv tropes page is the guiding principle and only required reading for their R&D division.

100%. They will have to kill me to touch me without consent. At least then it's a quicker, cleaner death.

It also suppresses political dissent. I'm a street medic and a trans woman, and I'm a lot less likely to be on the streets for a protest knowing that if I get caught, it's a fate literally worse than death. I didn't mind taking arrest risks before, but now I'm way more cautious.

I will keep doing what I can. I owe it to them. I don't have the right to give up. But I wanted trans kids to have it better than my generation did. I wanted them to grow up free of hate and intolerance.
And our society failed them and it just feels all so dark tonight. (3/2)

And there's nothing I can do to protect our trans kids.
I do what I can where I can with what I have, but nothing I do can keep them all safe.
We live in a timeline where my community's children are under active and relentless threat and I cannot protect them.
I am powerless. & I hate it. (2/2)

I don't want to be ushered through a series of themed chambers and be told to figure out when to move to the next one based on vibe, then get conflicting instructions and end up in a corner trying to figure out when I'm supposed to go up. Just give me clear instructions. I'm too autistic for this.

It was so fucking weird I couldn't tell if he wanted to violate me or just hurt me but it was a busy gas station so people would have come in to the bathroom eventually. I have no idea what he was trying to do but he was hella creepy and had me cornered.

He took more risks than the last twenty years worth of super bowl halftime shows combined and used the biggest stage in the world to say uncomfortable, powerful things and i have nothing but respect and admiration for him after tonight. What an absolute master class in speaking truth to power. (3/3)

As a total piece of art, from choreography to costume to lyrics, Kendrick Lamar's performance was a masterpiece, and one doesnt have to grok every reference to realize that. (2/3)
