Nah that makes a ton of sense, its the one that has the least padding in it and kinda just does the book up to that point

Aside from anything else shes just so entirely factually incorrect. The only thing the democrats did that was remotely progressive on trans issues was putting her in her position. I literally can't thing of a single other thing they ever did for us

I would agree it lacked the main object of a protest (a stated objective) but it was a fine first steps. Time will tell if it turns out to be all style no substance

It's hard to decide what to truly make of that as a visual. Like its hilarious, but what's the message? That the US is being held hostage by a cult that is a lot, lot smaller than anyone thinks it is? Cause if so that could do more harm than all the protests put together.

I do think the 'defund the police' movement would've had a great deal more success if the slogan had been 'demilitarize the police', the goals could've remained exactly the same and a lot more people would've been on board
comment in response to post
I think it might be in part down to how militarised the police became in the last 2 decades. When it became hard to tell the two entities apart, people became a lot more accepting of them acting like each other

Ok, see you really just want to have a rant and not actually engage in a conversation. So I'm done now, enjoy having a nice seethe

Depends, if youre not going to answer what i asked you, happy to end the conversation there.

I didn't say she was as bad as trump, I was very specific about that in fact. And you didn't answer my question. Go on, you're totally right about *everyone* who didn't vote....how has that helped the current situation other than justifying your anger?
comment in response to post
You know, the problem you have here is that whilst he's terrible, you're ignoring literally all of her bad points to make the point you want to make. But ok, let's go with your reality, every single person who abstained actually voted for pure evil. ...How exactly does that help anything?
comment in response to post
See you’re expressing the problem yourself. A binary system does not make one option ‘good’ and one option ‘bad’. Sure in my opinion there was a least worst in this case, but that doesn’t mean others felt so. And if they didn’t abstaining is absolutely an option, one they took.
comment in response to post
You cannot blame people refusing to make a binary choice that the choice itself is binary and contained two options they thought terrible. What you’re seeing is an expression of the flaw in constant ‘not as bad as the other guy’ campaigning for decades
comment in response to post
I’ve never understood the argument, like companies spend millions of dollars shoving their brand down your throat. It’s a whole industry. To my knowledge no companies brand is ‘lgbt’
comment in response to post
No, they very specifically abstained from making a choice based on what they felt was an immoral set of options. And until we understand that making no choice is not the same as making a choice for our enemies, we’re going to get nowhere
comment in response to post
Totally agree he shouldn’t. But that’s not the fault of the people who did not feel they could in good conscience vote for her
comment in response to post
Fairly sure anyone but a cop would be arrested for directly threatening to shoot people
comment in response to post
I’ve been tear gassed on more than one occasion, I hold no ill will in to people who didn’t want to vote for an administration actively supporting a genocide. That trump was option B isn’t their fault

tbh so will he, its why they're so attracted to him

I'm not sure if it'll do any good ultimately, but holy crap did she come off as totally unhinged. Even if you ignore what she said, she looks like she hasn't slept in a fortnite and is practicaly rabid whenever the word trans is even mentioned

Lettuce on pizza seems to be becoming a thing. Further proof we're living in the worst timeline

Does he want volunteers to do it for him?

I want to watch someone read her tweets to the actors, in real time, with a camera on them. Be interesting to see how long they can maintain the facade
comment in response to post
If you wanted to do something that wasn't pointless rhetoric, you'd be out there protesting. As is youre justifying trumps BS
comment in response to post
Took a hit from one a while back. I'll say this, they suck, but I don't want people to get too intimidated either. If you're going to protest the threat of these shouldn't be what stops you.

He's not someone I'll *ever* trust at this point. The only reason he didn't go full nazi is because it wasn't working for him. A little more traction on the podcast and he'd be welcoming the troops with open arms

genuinely surprised badenoch is higher than johnson. Even with reform stealing the casual racists, what possibly makes them think whats left of the torys would vote for a black woman?

I was saying this to one of my partners earlier, they've had so much free reign on what they're doing they've forgotten how a decent psy op is run. They could capture a dozen nameless activists, I'd have made sure Thunberg remained untouched. Then again, the fuck am I giving them advice for....

- if you see a minority of ethnicity gender or otherwise, getting surrounded by cops and you’re white and cis, particularly female? Get in there hug them and dont let go. They really don’t want *you* cause they know your face doesnt look good in the newspapers to the idiots that support them. /5

- disrupting tear gas will make you the target for rubber bullets. Just be ready for them. 4/

- tear gas can be lessened with flour, a traffic cone and optionally bottled water. Hold the cone loosely over the canister and sprinkle flour around it. Add water to the flour if you have it (but save some to rinse your face) 3/

- do not talk to cops. But you need to invoke your right to silence verbally. The law is just fucked that way. - this one is location specific but relevant rn. STAY OFF OF BRIDGES AND ALLEYWAYS. You’re going to give their horses a nice long run at you, or be drawn into an encirclement. 2/
