I think it was just not a smart decision for them to make. Maybe they should have done a video aside to show the cross-pack opportunities! They used to have a few different videos for the first expansion packs, it wouldnt have been that weird.

the south of the world is so abandoned. 25 years with so many packs with worlds and theres only two worlds there? And one of them is just a vacation world! I hope we get more diversity in the next packs, because seeing this it's clear that they have a bias
