There is a thing called Project Texas and is essentially discussing having more servers in the US and not with the parent company Bytedance , which is what they started to do in 2023 but not enough. Perhaps this is also a negotiation. We definitely have to be vigilant

Me too but I think it’s a good landing spot until we find somewhere else like when Neptune comes. Right now we are too spread out, and with everything going on we need to be together.

And it shouldn’t. But they should have evidence. Because Meta is just as bad. 533 million leaked in 2021, 19 million in 2024. Them using data to target ads and target us is gross and if they want to go after 1 system then they need to go after all, not just the one that wasn’t making them money

Even if this happens, I think we should all stick it out until we can find somewhere else to land because right now we’re all spread out and when we’re all spread out, we can’t come together and have real change. We need to find unity and keep fighting.
