UPDATE: Chief Judge Boasberg schedules a hearing for 4p today on the government’s notice and the plaintiffs’ response, notes that the gov’t “shall be prepared to provide answers to the questions raised by Plaintiffs on page 6 of their Response.” Here are those questions:

After watching Trump's press conference where he blamed DEI for the crash of the helicopter and Jet but then insisted that air travel is safe, here's my recommendation: Don't fly commercially until Trump has left office. Or pay your money and take your chances. This crash is Trump's fault.
