Got this one recently. Esther Hamori’s “Gods monsters” was great - but so are her other offerings , including this and her dissertation book on Genesis theophanies.

Yes!!!

Hermeneia Judith posing here with some of my Christian feminist heroines. 😁Fortress press still has these for $19. 😁👍🏻

This looks fascinating!

Finished my first book of 2025. What an exciting and erudite little gem from @markleuchter.bsky.social . 👍🏻

Zwei Jahre mit der Eule. 🦉😎

My top 2 current reads. Wow! 🔥🔥🔥

It’s the last of the Christmas gift card books!

Mark Leuchter’s latest little book is fascinating! 👍🏻

A few last books rolling in.

Christmas candy and Mark Leuchter’s latest! 😁

My wife gets @bethmoorelpm.bsky.social’s bio, and I finally get to read Matt Novenson’s new one, as well as Mark Leuchter’s latest. 😁

A few new ones today. I’m ready to be challenged by @katherinestewart.bsky.social! 😮😮

While not a book you read in one sitting, this is proving very readable. Lucid, and with clear and consistent reference to current scholarship in archeology and Hebrew Bible. 👍🏻👍🏻

Reading this Cyrus essay by an Iranist, in this fine scholarly volume - and thanks to @matthewdtaylor.bsky.social my mind keeps going to Sean Feucht in a MAGA hat. 😣😣

Having finished Sarah McCammon’s poignant “Exvangelicals”, it’s for some Pentateuch source critical work. I love the approach that Baruch Schwartz’s tribe takes!

Can you have too many Paul books? Wait don’t answer that…

I've seen a child with tetanus, I've treated near fatal infections after chicken pox, and I've pronounced children dead from COVID whose parents refused to have them vaccinated. We have lost our minds... and are about to lose so many of our precious children.

@katherinestewart.bsky.social it was great to meet you today at ND. Thanks for taking time for my questions. Definitely looking forward to reading Money Lies and God!

Berthelot’s latest is definitely a winner!
