I recently quickly grabbed 1-year of data and was astonished by how strongly positively correlated 10-year rates and the US Dollar were, until April 1, 2025. It went from a STRONG positive linear correlation +0.909 to a Moderately negative linear correlation of -0.402 (Pearson).
