It's so dumb. The Pencil is "always on" so even if it's not in use, it'll still drain its battery. So if you don't keep it above like 5% at all times, the battery just ceases to function. I wonder how many of these things are sitting in landfills.

Internet seems to think I'm shit out of luck because apparently if you let your Pencil go dormant for more than a few weeks, you run the risk of the irreplaceable battery getting bricked entirely. Because that's excellent design.
