Yeah I imagine in SaaS it’s mostly homepage, all things equal?
Whereas in ecom that’s usually not one of the top 3 priorities.

Saw an org last week go from nowhere to “all in” after one experience shared in a meeting by a team member.
Managers knew all along there had to be something, but couldn’t find a good use case.
Employees will solve this for you if you work with them.

This is PR I know, but assume you’ll see more rapid and hi-fi prototyping?

Yup, BBC is not in a position to do an unbiased study on this.
I’d like to see the study design. For example, what criteria were used by the “experts” to assess quality? Was there a rubric or entirely subjective, influenced by own prejudices etc.

Good questions!
Yes, in combo with CVR & AOV.
If CVR is flat / negative vs positive RPV, I’d use CVR all things equal.
CVR may be better primary metric with RPV guardrail. Not ideal, but practical and valid.
No threshold for RPV reliance, depends on many variables eg fluctuation in AOV.

I find enough good content there to keep going back. It might be here too, but drowned out by US politics.

Ah man I miss those days. I tried a virtual band with some guys from Optimizely during lockdown, closest I’ve come to playing live gig in 20 years.

- dev was stopped
- it hogs cpu

LinkedIn is a shit show, I haven’t been there in weeks.
This place is dead, may change as more come.
I hate to say, I’m back on Twitter. Wall to wall quality discussions.
