I work outside in a lot of different places so I tend to find some really weird stuff from time to time. I never used the other site and I might not use this much either but I’ll try to share neat stuff. Thanks for noticing.

I think it’s a reference to a boxing manga, ashita no joe, kind of a meme in Japanese media.

I only meant to stay a while…

Overall I’d say if you’re into the idea, give it a shot, just go in informed. They’re actively working to improve things so more voices helping with that can only be good for the game. If I had a note it’d be that areas directly around space stations shouldn’t have asteroids or debris. Fun game tho.

There’s cool features like having to use blast shields on your windows to travel through zones with intense solar radiation, but the shimmerstones you need what’s basically radar to see are a little tough for me. The camera makes navigation in 3d space awkward at times. You can get the hang of it.

Aesthetically I love this game. You fly a giant big rig through space picking up trailers to transport through asteroid-littered space with light themes of Americana scattered here and there. That bit of theming could have been more represented but it’s more about the feel in the end.

People get weird about that? That’s how I’ve always done it. Though I did get wacky once and tried putting salsa on it, that was actually pretty good. Also chili dogs are a completely different thing that don’t count.

She’s got high heels on, isn’t that enough for Tucker Carlson?

I read that as Wonkey Kong and thought that sounded funny but it’s not as funny as I thought after all.

So what I’m reading here is that she needs to find a partner who will call her mommy. Weird thing to put out there but cool.

Not really, because when the crisis that calls for a bunker happens money will lose all meaning and they can’t and won’t do everything for themselves. Also they’re really bad at planning if musk is anything to go on. I direct you to his mob proof truck.

Slight correction on the top right image, the person on the right is dressed as Jubilee, who folks might best remember from the 90s x-men cartoon series but was also in at least one of the live action movies.

I fucking knew it. I’m really going to have to shove this one in my moms face, she didn’t believe me about Mahr being an asshole

The Roger rabbit anime was weird

Don’t lose too much hope. There was in fact another one of these hearings somewhere where a man who came to speak out about trans people, after listening to hours of testimony from them, realized he was wrong and used his time to apologize. People CAN change.

Salem, the best character. It’s a shame the cat puppet went on to write for Jeff Dunham.

Fun fact! The suit actor for Baragon was a gal named Rie Ota, some behind the scenes footage made its way around the internet a few years back showing her process. Apparently she did little roars herself in lieu of actual sound effects. Ngl I’d do the same given the chance.

Ha! Finally some good news. Now someone just needs to enforce the sale of infowars to the onion, because that was criminal

Weather data collection and subsequent dissemination of that data is so incredibly vital to everyone. Thanks to you and everyone else out there working to keep the lights on so to speak.

One of the most crucial parts these dipshits forget is that the shut downs happened during. TRUMP’S administration.

The story is interesting too, there’s only voices on the radio but you get to know the three other characters well over time, and there’s lore hidden in the randomized route points. Plan your drives smartly and you’ll find all kinds of cool stuff. Highly recommend it.

But it’s a really cool game and customizing the car as you go is a big draw. It hurts me a little that almost every external part of the car (and also the engine) deteriorates over time but I think it was worth the challenge. You really grow attached to your ride over time.

Resource management is the biggest challenge I faced, but initially getting used to the controls was the biggest issue. I played it on PS5 so using control sticks to grab the ignition/shift/wipers etc was a steep learning curve. Also I don’t normally play driving games 1st person.

My dad was a paramedic for most of my life and our local med evac has a stellar record. Granted they’ve always had very good pilots and have always been very particular about weather conditions, so maybe that’s a factor. I don’t doubt you, mind, I just feel obligated to defend those guys.

I think I’ve played that one at least three times start to finish. Always fun.

as long as you reduce the severity of the beatings to say 10% I think we can agree that’s fair

Like, we have neo Nazis in this country. Like actual factual Nazis who use cheeky Nazi codes and shit. They don’t receive nearly the coordinated fuckery and media targeting.

Right! From the outset I figured it was some kind of accidental catastrophe but I was fascinated to find out the cause. The channel was Plainly Difficult, for the record.

My coworker still thought it was a nuke. Meanwhile I watch weird videos about safety code violations so I was able to pull up the one that explained it was negligent storage of fertilizer next to fireworks plus a lot of time and an errant welder and the world is a cartoon where that stuff explodes.

Cutie! I have a white boy that looks very similar, very chatty, very cuddly, loves to shoulder perch. We’re very fortunate that despite his baby blues he has no major ear or eye issues. They’re such sweeties.

I really encourage it for a decent game for a couple hours and as of this posting I think it’s on sale. I’ll come back with more games later, maybe one a day?

Thematically I’d put it in the realm of Space Odyssey; that not a quality assessment just a similar theme at play. I found the relationship between the AI/robot and the main crew person very interesting. I think there are slightly different endings but the one I got felt appropriate for how I played
