{I have never heard the word divo in my life}
True, meant to point out that no one ever does this except disingenuously. Most drag queens are men, we still say diva.
{I think they're just making it up}
Not true, humorous hyperbole.
I present the concept of Jokes, folks.

The kinds of AI models that are useful for content moderation and the kind that generates images are extremely different, and yeah many of us actively disable or avoid "AI" features in tech products.
This response is honestly wild... At least acknowledge the criticism, man!

I stopped listening to his podcast when it became clear he just agrees with whoever he has on

If you don't think the two are connected you need to think again; if we can't get so-called "allies" to even acknowledge we are people when they talk how are we supposed to get them to fight with us

What to you is a "minimal issue" is to us recognizing our humanity

Ok but like if we don't hit it does it stay a mystery forever because that seems even more hype

Life is for the living, and living must be in pursuit of joy, or else even if you dedicate your life to avoiding pain you are still centering your life on your pain.
I'm done living that way. I am trans because I chose to fight for my own better world, and we can win a better world for all of us. 🏳️⚧️

I think that applies not just to our politics to ourselves - defining yourself by your suffering serves no one, least of all yourself. I need to figure out what being trans means to me now that I don't have an ever-present reminder of how I'm not "enough of a woman"

I have to redefine my transness away from the pain that has dominated it until now. A recent video essay made a point that resonated strongly with me (nevermind that it's an adaptation of the best star wars movie bar none) - We can't win by fighting what we hate, we win by championing what we love.

I'm not saying my dysphoria is gone entirely - in fact, I'm sure it's not - but my world feels at peace in a way it just never has before. And I feel guilty, feeling this way, when the world outside is growing so hostile and when visibility is so important.

I don't want to lose my connection to this beautiful community but at the same time it feels like I can finally be myself without this... Needling feeling in the back of my head. I didn't even realize it was there until it was gone.

Well if it makes you feel better my arms are decidedly hairy lmao. For a lot of people arm hair can match skin tone so it just doesn't look like they have it

Estrogen can cause some body hair thinning yeah but tbh mammals just be having hair. Shaving and/or waxing are options if it bugs you, or even laser for something more permanent. IPL may or may not work, ymmv, but I found it kind of a pain to actually do.
