Just saw a trailer for this and was really unsure if it looked like a fun or terrible gimmick lol. Happy to hear it sounds like a fun one!

There’s more qualified people to speak on specifics of what a better design might look like. But Lykos failed to produce numerous data requested by FDA, had questionable exclusion+recruiting techniques, varied methods from trial site to site, & therapy manual w/ roots in pseudoscientific literature

3. We have chosen to release Dr. Devnot’s interview with Times’ journalists Rachel Nuwer & Andrew Jacobs. The interview demonstrates the lengths the reporters went to omit information they had been familiar with since Nov. 2024 when the interview took place. www.youtube.com/watch?v=grF0...

2. Between February 4 and 7, we corresponded with the Times’ editing staff about requested corrections — most of which were dismissed without explanation. Read our summary of these corrections here: www.psymposia.com/magazine/cor...

This case highlights several red flags in psychedelic contexts:
Repeated high doses
Pressure to continue despite distress
Discouraging professional medical help
Reframing harms as "necessary"

Boyd: "...which I'm also the director of, and that's a 501c4 which did run both of those campaigns in Colorado and Oregon.
Members of PSFC as individual philanthropists are also the main donors to those campaigns. So, the money that was necessary to run those campaigns..."

If a woman can be charged for murder for abortion, why can’t parents of children who die due to anti-vaccine stances be charged with child endangerment?

This is *the* book for it, if you’re interested. Erowid has the whole thing online. Otherwise it’s nearly impossible to find for less than a few hundred bucks.

Right? I was fascinated by the Draw-A-Man test and BZ bomb schematics, too, when I came across them

That's CIA researcher Carl Pfeiffer (right) is given a dose of LSD; he would later administer it to prisoners.
I touched on it briefly in this photo essay about attempted weaponization of psychedelics like BZ.
