I've been doing this for years because I love teaching but this comment is the last straw. I'm not a person to them. I customized projects, allowed personalized timelines, I worked more than triple my paid hours to support them but setting aside time to prep is stealing.

If I didn't tell them that that's why all assignments are due on Saturdays, they wouldn't know anything. I was transparent because designing courses is our field.
4. Not having Sundays to do work didn't negatively impact a single grade. 11/12 received an A with 1/12 receiving a B.

2. All professors have days where they grade and prep, it's not stealing to set aside time to do so since that's part of the job. I get paid for 3 hrs of work a week but do 10+, I'm not stealing shit.
3. I am transparent about the course design because it's a course on instructional design...
