I had a professor throughout college that INSISTS we be able to meet in the middle and find common ground outside of politics. I always stood my ground though stating if their ANY of their beliefs think that I shouldn't exist or should be dead - there will be no common ground found.

Impeachment is not a recourse for the Judiciary to take. That's Congress's job. Yes I can be done on the basis of ignoring the decisions of the Judiciary, its not something they can start or do themselves. Im talking strictly Judiciary enforcement - there is none for themselves to take.

2) an enforcement arm because they were fearful of what they'd do with it. They rely on mutual respect in their decisions. The enforcement for the judiciary has been historically the will of the people - but we are at odds with one another & there's not a unified push for the decision to be upheld

1) As someone who's been studying this for the past 7 years. The Judiciary has NO means of enforcing its decisions, and that was by design. The executive has the ability to call military forces and congress has the ability to withhold funds to enforce their decisions. The Judiciary was never given
