Iv invested in a migraine cap this time I'm in love with it I'll be getting another
I'll also be getting prescription glasses for when I HAVE to leave the house

7 I do have meds but I'm only allowed 8days a month so not helpful this time😭
8 cold showers as being to hot makes mine worse
9 reducing screen time to almost nothing just essentials and a few minutes socials daily

1 socking feet in water as hot as you can tolerate and have an ice pack on back of neck and on forehead.
2 pressure point on hand
3 i have LOTS of eye masks that freeze I keep in rotation in my freezer
4 Earbuds to dampen sound and volume
5 getting as much sleep as possible
6 meditation

Definitely not fun or easy
I unfortunately have a permanent headache so someone the pain was just my normal baseline 😖
But iv had migraines since puberty so I have a few trick over the years
