not everyone, because things can't be THAT easy for hestia, but the bloodshed ended up being significantly less than what it felt like while she was actually going through it

what she wasn't aware of, though, was that behind the scenes, there was one soldier monitoring the cameras, who saw this upstart adventurer wreaking havoc and recognized her baby sister, no longer a baby. the soldier cackled, and then rallied as many like her as she could and got them out of there.

independent of job stone shenanigans, she's far from a natural at it because it's a discipline she's trying out for the first time and has never really been exposed to - but she loves listening to stories behind the stars, and she loves traveling to different places to properly attune to them

come heavensward, cid's also caught wind of her original intentions to leave the scions, and offers her a job with garlond ironworks that she can take up once things have settled. for better or worse, she'll end up turning that one down (but the offer's open indefinitely).

you know that part in the book /heidi/ where they give her bread with melted cheese and it's the best thing she's ever had? that was hestia's favorite thing to eat as a kid, even though practically she was eating a lot more hearty, highly nutritious stews because it was good for her mother's health
