Successful boycotts are sustained over months. One day will not hurt them, Edie silly if the next day you return to the merchant and spend $. I’m willing to shop local, farmers markets etc… but one day is not enough. Also, millions of us will be crushed under the higher prices that are coming.

Trump, Elon, MAGA Congress and The Heritage Foundation, want people to die, especially the elderly, because they won’t have to pay them SSI.

They’re not trying to govern. They’re here to break it, then call an emergency and seize remaining power. But people like you, the wealthy, will be just fine, as long as you pay homage to Mar-A-Lago.

It’s not the first time Republicans or now MAGA, voted against veterans. Yet, they keep voting for them.

I keep going back to this: 60% of veterans voted for Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024. Google it. The Pew Research is a good source.

Millions of us Americans that did not vote for this, are ashamed of what our government is doing. We are clearly in a crisis and are sending a distress signal.

You are not wrong. We are headed for dark times, in more than one way. Not fear mongering.

You’re welcome.

Thank you for being present. Sorry you had to go through this.

But if GOP voters apply enough pressure, it will help. All DEMS voted NO. So it’s really in the MAGA GOP hands, and that brings no comfort.

Yes, it goes back to the various committees, and they make the cuts. MAGA tried to be sneaky by not mentioning Medicaid & SNAP, but the committees will have no choice but to cut them because there’s nowhere else to cut from. It’s plain and simple. GOP voters must call their reps, everyday.

I have PPO and I can’t see my Dr. in a moments notice. I have to wait 3/4 months for an appointment. I wind up going to urgent care, where the doctors don’t know my medical history. Granted, I live in a major metropolitan area.

This is disappointing from you. I guess for billionaires it really is all about the money. Ukrainians don’t want us or Russia there.

That is not normal behavior from a president. He’s an authoritarian

I’m afraid Hakeem is not the man for the moment. He’s had plenty of time to do something. AOC, Crockett, Bernie, Murphy and others are doing something. Hakeem had a meeting with Silicon Valley donors to try and gain their support back. No no no . We need a new leader. Senate too.
