Completely! Perhaps the Chancellor could compare the benefits of a free trade deal with our neighbours with whatever crumbs the US decides to throw our way and we can decide if chlorinated chicken and everything else is worth it!

Oh gosh - sorry to hear that about your sister. A difficult landlord on top of grim neighbours is not fun. We are blessed with our lovely neighbours at present but it hasn’t always been the case so we appreciate having good ones!

Ouch! My wife actually did the same, a long time ago. Luckily no flight of stairs underneath! She sort of slowed her fall by half grabbing the ladder on the way down. No serious injury but definitely serious potential for one.
