When the main voices are such famous farmers as James Dyson, Andrew Lloyd-Webber, Jeremy Clarkson (who appears comedically incompetent in his tv show) and Nigel Farage it’s quite evident that farmland has become a tax dodge investment vehicle not for farmers but for the wealthy.

I honestly don’t know, all I can find is
“If the case is indictable-only, the Magistrates’ court will generally decide whether to grant bail, consider other legal issues such as reporting restrictions, and then pass the case on to the Crown Court.”
It does seem inefficient.
