I'm absolutely effing furious about it. It's disgusting, disgraceful and for a so called Labour Party to do it makes me puke Starmer needs to go and take whoever is advising him with him

32 minutes ago, on the island of Kauai, the sun was at its zenith. Now shadows are going in the other direction

I'm still having flashbacks to the worst prem league team we have had Negative isn't the word, he was chuffed if we got a goalless draw We were a chuffing embarrassment
comment in response to post
Many thanks Mr McDonald, I appreciate you standing up for this vulnerable section of our society The PM needs to stop punching down, it is not the behaviour of a Labour government

he gets it, you know. Not sure what the flip he gets, mind.

Is a full audit needed now, because the suspicions of malpractice, or just incompetence are not going aeay I know there are obstacles to sending in the NAO, but...

I am really struggling to find a reason for the behaviour of Houchen and his minions. Well, one that doesn't have a smell attached. Arrogance, ignorance, incompetence or something more shifty anyway

It's incredibly depressing being a socialist these days. Even a socialist-lite is pretty much homeless these days I'm sick to death of the current race to see who can be the most right wing
comment in response to post
Quelle surprise... The smell is not going away

💯 The Labour Party as it stands doesn't exist really If you want Labour voters to return, try being the Labour Party WFA, 2 child benefit cap, attack on disabled and infirm These things outweigh any positive things, because we can see it right in our faces Stop trying to out Farage farage

Sooo many jokes to be made from this situation All of them really bad

One of the very worst sort of politicians, a man who believes he has a iron like grip on a situation quickly finds out he hasn't got a scooby. Then, a few minutes later, forgets his idiocy and remembers he has an iron like grip on the situation Rinse and repeat

Keep pushing him Attacking the most in need is horrible Coming from the Labour Party it is disgraceful From refusal to get rid of 2 child limit, to this, makes me sick

For me, just blaming the coach is too easy. He deserves his fair share, but there are supposed to be leaders on pitch also Howson, Hackney, Fry etc They need to step up as well
comment in response to post
Sometimes being a supporter, no matter who of, is like (insert favourite negative cliche) Today is one of those days Could and should have been out of sight in 1st half We have blame someone, usually the coach. But he doesn't miss open goals/pens, misplace passes etc IMO, whole lot to blame inc boss

Love the optimism Ray 🙂 We gave 100s millions to Houchen He brings his 'experts' in who know jack-shit about real industrial strategy Even if these fantasy jobs happen, people have to be able to get there These projects have to be holistic in nature, with clear goals and infrastructure in place

This, sadly, will only ever be a pipe dream Plans, studies, meetings on this subject have been going on for decades I was, about 35 years ago, privy to 2 different schemes One was based on your, excellent I have to say, thoughts, the other was a tram system along the main thorofares All talk....
